Dressing, done beautifully

Your outfit took months to choose. The way it is worn on the day is what people remember. At Ismi Bride we handle the final, delicate step — draping, pinning, setting and styling — so every heavy fabric sits comfortably and every detail photographs perfectly.

From Indian and Pakistani to Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan and Nikah brides, we dress each ceremony with respect for its traditions and an eye for modern elegance.

What we collect

How we use it

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, taking steps at your request before a contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligation. We only send marketing with your consent.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers we need to run the business (for example email, payment or messaging services) or where the law requires.

Photos

We will only photograph or publish images of you, your outfit or your event with your clear permission.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and financial records for the period required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always appear on this page.

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to all bridal dressing services provided by Ismi Bride. By booking, you agree to them.

1. Bookings & deposits

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, time and location and received the deposit stated in your quotation. Dates are not held until the deposit is paid.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and depend on the services, number of people dressed, travel and timings. The balance is due on or before the day of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Timings & lateness

We will arrive at the agreed time. If we are delayed by you or your party, the service may be shortened without a reduction in price; excessive delay may incur additional charges.

5. Outfits & jewellery

We handle garments and jewellery with great care, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, weak seams, loose embellishments or the condition of items supplied to us. Pins and fastenings are used at your own acceptance of normal wear risks.

6. Changes & cancellations

Please see our Refund Policy for cancellation and rescheduling terms.

7. Circumstances beyond our control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example severe weather, illness, transport disruption). We will work with you to rearrange or refund as set out in the Refund Policy.

8. Photography

We will not photograph or publish images of you without your consent.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Because each booking reserves a date that cannot be resold at short notice, the following applies. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Deposits

Deposits secure your date and are non-refundable, except where we cancel or are unable to provide the service.

Cancellation by you

Rescheduling

You may move your date once, free of charge, with at least 21 days’ notice and subject to our availability. The deposit transfers to the new date.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel (for example due to illness or an emergency), we will offer a new date or a full refund of all payments made.

Dissatisfaction with the service

If you are unhappy with the service, tell us within 48 hours with details. We will review it fairly and, where we agree the service was not provided with reasonable care and skill, offer a repeat service or a partial or full refund as appropriate.

Cooling-off period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, services booked at a distance can usually be cancelled within 14 days of booking. However, if your event falls within those 14 days and you ask us to begin work or reserve the date, you will pay for work already carried out and the date held.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
